1. What we provide

drforbin.ai is an index of publicly available BitTorrent magnet links and metadata describing openly licensed AI models. We host metadata only. No model files, weights, or datasets are stored on or transmitted from our infrastructure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit links to content you lack the right to distribute; attempt to disrupt the service; scrape at rates exceeding the published API limits; or misrepresent a submission as official when it is not.

3. Submissions

By submitting a listing you affirm that the model is released under a license permitting redistribution of the weights and that you have the right to share the link. Submissions are moderated; we may edit metadata for accuracy, reject, or remove listings at our discretion, and we may remove any listing in response to a valid takedown request.

4. No warranty

The index is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the availability, integrity, safety, or license status of any content reachable through an indexed link. Verify checksums and read licenses before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from use of the index or of content obtained through it.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
