How to file
Email takedown@drforbin.ai with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact drforbin.ai URL(s) of the listing(s) at issue.
- Your name, organization, and contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material's distribution is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
- A physical or electronic signature.
We aim to act on complete, valid notices within 72 hours. Counter-notices and license disputes (for example, a model listed as open whose license has changed) are handled through the same address.
